Law firm Filip Medarski from Skopje works in the following areas: criminal law, civil law, freedom of expression, commercial law, labor law, administrative law, tax law, corporate law, bankruptcy, liquidation, transformation of companies, acquisition, merger, separation of companies, foreign investments, energy, concessions, obligations, the European Court of Human Rights, as well as all legal problems that our clients face.
He completed his legal studies at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius ", at the Faculty of Law "Justinian Primus" in Skopje, where during his studies was engaged as a demonstrator. After completing his studies, he started an internship in the Basic Court Skopje as a professional associate
In 2004 he founded the Law firm Filip Medarski. He is the author of numerous publications in the field of freedom of expression and is a licensed trainer of the Council of Europe for freedom of expression. He has extensive experience representing the European Court of Human Rights at the Council of Europe. The most important cases which he successfully represented before this court are El Masri v. The Republic of Macedonia and Naser Selmani and others v. The Republic of Macedonia.
He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at the University of Kent in Chicago.
Lawyer Lazar Sandev from Skopje has completed his legal and postgraduate studies in business law at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius”, at the Faculty of Law "Justinian Primus" in Skopje. After completing his three-year studies at the Faculty of Law, he started working as an intern at Lawyer Filip Medarski. Since 2014 he has been employed as a Lawyer and is an authorized registration agent at the Central Registry of the Republic of Macedonia. He is also the co-author of several publications on freedom of expression, as well as a trainer at the Academy for Judges and Public Prosecutors "Pavel Shatev".

Lawyer Bojana Davitkovska has completed postgraduate studies in the field of civil substantive and civil procedural law. In 2016 she started as an intern with Lawyer Filip Medarski, and in 2018 as a Lawyer. She is specialized in the field of civil law, and is also an advocate in the field of industrial property. Lawyer Bojana Davitkovska has also completed specialized training for representation of minors, in accordance with the Law on Justice for Children.

Darko Trajkoski has completed postgraduates studies of criminal law at University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius – Faculty of Law “Justinianus Primus” . In October 2015 he stared working as an intern at the First Instance Public Prosecutor's Office at Skopje. In August 2016 he started working as an Intern at ''Public Prosecutor’s Office for Prosecuting Criminal Offences Related to and Arising from the Content of the Illegally Intercepted Communications'' where later in October the same year he started working as a Junior Legal Associate. He became part of the team in the Law office Filip Medarski since November 2020 as a Junior Legal Associate where later on January 2021 he continues as a Lawyer. He specializes in the filed of criminal law.
